Is it possible that my Apple ID is causing the 'Apple TV error occurred please try again' message, and how can I troubleshoot this?

While less likely, try signing out of your Apple ID on the Apple TV (Settings > Users and Accounts) and then signing back in. This can refresh your account connection and resolve authentication issues that may be contributing to the error. Make sure the password and email are correct.
