You can configure Strict SSL Only Origin Pull in the Cloudflare dashboard. Navigate to SSL/TLS -> Overview. Then, under 'Opt-in', select 'Strict'. Cloudflare will then attempt to establish HTTPS connections with your origin server. You'll need to ensure your origin server has a valid SSL certificate installed.
