Error Sans can be viewed as a complex anti-villain. While he actively seeks to destroy timelines, his actions stem from a distorted sense of order and a desperate attempt to resolve the endless resetting that birthed him. He isn’t inherently malicious; he simply acts according to his corrupted programming and the chaotic nature of his existence. His motivations are born of suffering and a twisted desire to fix what is broken.
