To fix Error 709 due to permissions, follow these steps on the host PC where the printer is connected: 1. Go to `Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners`. 2. Select the shared printer and click on "Printer properties". 3. Go to the "Security" tab. 4. Click "Add...", type "Everyone" (without quotes), click "Check Names", then "OK". 5. Select "Everyone" from the list and ensure that "Print" and "Manage Documents" permissions are set to "Allow". Optionally, for more granular control, add specific user accounts or groups with appropriate permissions. 6. Click "Apply" then "OK". Restart both the host and client PCs for changes to take effect.
